COACHING AGREEMENT

In order to get the most out of working with each other I feel it important to set some ground rules.

Ive outlined my key roles and responsibilities as your coach for the duration of time we work together, and I have clearly stated what I expect from you as my coaching clients.

Please read the roles and responsibilities carefully before signing and if there is anything you disagree with or feel uncertain about please let me know immediately. I want to ensure that your receive life changing results but I really want to make clear on the key action steps that need to be taken to ensure that this is the last coaching experience that you ever need to undertake.

I Must

  • I must work with you on a 1-1 basis to create a flexible dietary program that ensures your lose weight with optimal health and well being in mind. The dietary guidelines work within the parameters of eighty percent nutrient density and twenty percent flexibility with food choices for client.

  • I must hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself and keep you accountable to achieving results you never thought would be possible.

  • I must coach you with the latest strategies and most up to date literature and evidence.

  • I will provide training advice which aligns with your goals and sits alongside your current fitness levels always seeking progress.

  • I must listen to you and provide you with highly attentive personal support and accountability. You will get direct access to me via WhatsApp and your messages will be responded to within 24 hours.

  • I must stay up to date with the relevant research and scientific data to ensure you being coached from an evidence based background.

  • I aim to bring you one masterclass each week to provide education, knowledge and support in relation to behavioural issues around food, goal setting and goal achievement and health.

  • I must provide you with honest check in feedback and ensure that we are progressively transforming, progress and moving forward.

  • I must stay up to date with the relevant research and scientific data to ensure you being coached from an evidence based background.

You must

  • Be quick to implement, take action and ask for help if you need it.

  • Adhere to calorie guidelines and nutrition principles to achieve results.

  • Submit daily screenshot food logs for the first weeks of your program. Ensure that the logs are honest and provide full disclosure of everything consumed (food and drink) to maximise coaching and mentoring around food and nutrition to meet your goals.

  • Photograph your weighing scales at each weekly check in and upload this to your weekly digital check in form. Preferably weigh yourself in the AM of your weekly check in.

  • Please record your waist measurement weekly.

  • Submit your progress photos every 4 weeks and upload onto your weekly digital check in form as proof of body composition changes.

  • Comply with the traffic light system in relation to check ins and calls. Im here to guide, support and give you my best at all times, so please reach out on Whatsapp straight away so we can address the problem immediately.

  • Ensure that your fat loss journey is optimal by consuming 80% percent of your calories from nutrient dense foods and 20% of your calories from flexible foods.
